Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitors and potentially a Head of Department to bring their expertise to our growing firm of Solicitors. We have ambitious development plans and want to engage with individuals who are leaders in their field, and have the drive and skills to continue to build their practices.

We are looking for entrepreneurial Commercial Property Solicitors to grow your own Commercial Property team. You will be experienced in a broad range of Commercial Property work including property development, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, corporate transactions, and general property law advice, including landlord and tenant agreements.

We operate a remuneration model which is industry leading and designed to reward you incrementally on how much legal work you choose to undertake.  Free from billing targets and fixed hourly rate charges, our Solicitors set their own charging structures and manage their own WIP.  Our business model affords our Solicitors the ability to manage their work/life commitments within a framework that provides full back-office support.

Your background

• 8-10 years PQE
• be commercially minded
• have a desire to be actively involved in business development initiatives
• be able to demonstrate a client following or the ability to develop one
• have a proven track record handling Commercial Property matters in a large regional/city based law firm
• have a commitment to the very highest standards of client service
