We are looking to appoint experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors who possess a broad range with contentious experience including: insolvency and business recovery, professional negligence, contract disputes, IP disputes, employment related litigation and general commercial litigation.

You will be an entrepreneurial Solicitor with an appetite to develop their own caseload through direct business development and existing clients.

The Firm

Cognitive Law is a contemporary law firm built on foundations that empower its team to think client first, every time.  Since 2014 Cognitive Law’s Solicitors have provided transparency in working practices and fees to clients in corporate, employment and family law advice.  Each Solicitor manages their own client base and practice specialism, supported by a team based in the head office.

We operate a remuneration model which is industry leading and designed to reward you incrementally on how much legal work you choose to undertake.  Free from billing targets and fixed hourly rate charges, our Solicitors set their own charging structures and manage their own WIP.  Our business model affords our Solicitors the ability to manage their work/life commitments within a framework that provides back-office support.
