Employment Solicitor

Our client is a hugely successful, US-based, consumer based business which is the leader in its field in the UK. A new opportunity has been created for an employment lawyer ideally with 2-4 years PQE to join the established legal team based in the East Midlands.

This opportunity has arisen as the company has grown significantly and recently completed their largest acquisition to date so they now have over 11,000 employees. As such they wish to recruit an additional employment lawyer to support this growth. This role reports into an experienced employment lawyer and you will work closely with the HR function and wider business advising on a range of employment related legal matters such as disputes, grievances, policies, contracts and general HR related advice. You will also have the opportunity to gain some experience in broader disputes work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to move into a structured legal team and supportive environment where you will be and undertake a varied and interesting role.

The successful candidate will have gained between 1-4 year's PQE employment law experience in either private practice or with another in-house organisation. The position will suit an individual that enjoys working in a collaborative, flexible and supportive working environment.
