Childcare Lawyer
An experienced childcare lawyer is required to join a Local Authority Legal Services Team on a locum basis, for a minimum period of 3 months.
The ideal childcare lawyer will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent and will have public childcare law experience gained within either the public or private sectors. Previous experience gained within a Local Authority is highly desirable.
The successful childcare lawyer will be responsible for managing a caseload of between 10-12 childcare cases, and will be required to conduct advocacy in the courts, as required.
Candidates seeking part-time or full-time working hours will be considered.
