Senior Injury Lawyer

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced personal injury lawyer to move away from billable hours fee earning.

Our client is a market leader in defendant insurance work and they are currently looking to recruit a solicitor with significant experience in EL/PL work.

The role will be to be one of the senior technical lawyer in the department. You will be responsible for training, defining the auditing framework within the department, providing training and development to external clients and working closely with the key decision makers in the department.

You will need to demonstrate a thorough technical knowledge of litigated personal injury work with a focus on EL/PL related claims. The department deals with cases to multi-track level all the way to trial and it is expected that you will have had significant experience as a specialist in this type of work.
