Our client a well regarded City Law firm require a Contentious Employment Solicitor to assist them with an ongoing matter.
The client is looking for a highly capable employment associate with relevant experience to assist an employment partner with a High Court litigation matter involving allegations of breach of confidence.
Required:
- Relevant litigation experience (High Court experience would be highly desirable)
- Experience on a disclosure exercise, involving key word search terms and preferably have experience with an e-disclosure platform (such as Relativity or similar).
- Experience of drafting witness statements, preparing costs estimates, finalising bundles and liaising with Counsel is also crucial.
This role is likely to continue for around 3 months and is due to start in the next 2 weeks (around 1st Feb).
The ideal PQE level would be 3-5 years.
Pay rate subject to experience but we would envisage paying from £300 - £400 a day (ltd co)
