Childcare Legal Assistant required for an initial period of 3 months on a locum basis to join a local authority based in Solihull.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised Legal Assistant or Paralegal with public or private practice experience to begin a fast-paced role in a well-regarded local authority.

The workload will involve:

  • General support of childcare solicitors in the team
  • Care applications
  • Case summaries
  • Asking for statements
  • Thresholds

The client seeks a Childcare Legal Assistant with a proven track record in public childcare from either a public service or private practice background.

The position will be full-time for an initial 3 month period with the possibility of an extension thereafter. The Council is conveniently located close to the railway station, as well as having free onsite parking.
