Banking and Finance Solicitor (US Firm) (2-6 PQE)

A prestigious US law firm are looking to grow their multi-national Finance team in London with the hire of a solicitor between 2-6 PQE.

The partners and the associates within the Finance team offer advice to borrowers and lenders on banking transactions around the globe. Due to size and structure of the practice, the successful applicant will be expected to maintain a broad practice and will be involved in asset, project, trade and leveraged finance matters.

This opportunity is open to solicitors that either have a broad practice already, or those that are specialised within a particular area of finance but are interested in broadening their practice. The ideal candidate will come from a top 30 firm or a leading regional firm.
