Corporate/Commercial Paralegal - £Neg - Staffordshire

Clayton Legal is currently assisting a firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial/Corporate Paralegal with at least 3 years¿ experience. This is a reputable firm based in the Staffordshire area and they are looking to expand their commercial department.

This firm is looking for an experienced paralegal to join their commercial/commercial property department. This is a permanent, full time position in their office based in Staffordshire. The role will include dealing with mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements among other things.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisation skills, and have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines accurately. Although not essential, commercial property experience is preferable. If successful, the candidate will have to be comfortable with working closely with other people in their team, and other departments of the firm. It is advantageous that the candidate has at least 3 years¿ experience.

The salary for this role is competitive, but dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.
