Childcare Lawyer

Childcare Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a local authority based on the South Coast.

The ideal Childcare Lawyer will come from a local authority background, although candidates with private practice childcare experience will absolutely be considered.

The role will involve dealing with a full caseload of care proceedings, ICO's, ISO's, EPO's, Care orders and Supervision Orders.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will advise on all areas of care proceedings and attend legal planning meetings.
