Consultancy business requires commercial lawyer to join team.
You will work with the General Counsel on a wide range of matters affecting the business including general commercial and IT contracts, P issues, data privacy law, company secretarial and other corporate matters.
This is a full service in-house position and would suit a commercial or corporate lawyer from a top background looking for a varied and challenging in-house position.
