Banking Lawyer - International Law Firm - Manchester

Real Estate Finance Solicitor required for new and rewarding role with a pre-eminent law firm, to be based at their Manchester office.

Our client is an international law firm, who are market leaders in the Real Estate space. They act for a huge range of property companies, investors, lenders and occupiers and enjoy a quality of work that's second to none.

Due to strategic expansion and client demand they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Finance Lawyer to the team in Manchester.

You will assist in the structuring of transactions and draft and negotiate credit, security, inter creditor and corporate documents relating to: commercial development funding, fund financing, investment property financing, joint venture funding, mezzanine funding, mortgage portfolio sales/acquisitions, principal financing, property acquisition funding, property securitisations, Public Sector financing and residential development funding.

The quality of work and client is truly exceptional, and you will be an extension of the wider team who are based mostly in London. They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2PQE, ideally gained in Property Finance, but they appreciate you are likely to have wider banking and finance experience incorporating Property Finance. You will have trained and gained experience with a city or national private practice, backed up by strong academics.
