Solicitors - Real Estate, Commercial Property, Agricultural, Landowner development

This highly regarded law firm have 2 opportunities to join their market leading Property team in Salisbury. The property team deal with agricultural and landowner development.

In this role you will :

• provide assistance on large and often complex cases dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. These can be up to £50m in value and can include options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures;
• manage smaller transactions alone;
• work predominantly for private clients;

You will have:

• a strong background in general property law and ideally experience in agricultural and rural property;
• some property finance, planning and development experience;
• attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines;
• a positive attitude and be flexible;
• strong communication skills;
• a willingness to participate in the firm’s business development and e commercially aware;
• either 1 to 3 years PQE or 6 + years PQE for the senior role.
