The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a busy CQS accredited team based in London. Managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion, the successful Lawyer will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas will include: remortgages; sales and purchases; shared ownership leases; transfers of equity and the drafting of leases and declarations of trust. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Residential Conveyancing;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will have your own workload, and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have a desire for professional development.
