A rare opportunity has arisen for a property solicitor to enter the off-shore market, at a leading global law firm in Jersey. The role is to work closely with both real estate and corporate partners, so work is a mix of general real estate, corporate real estate and real estate finance, giving broad exposure and an interesting variety day-to-day. Work will be high value and complex.
The firm is looking for someone who is technically capable, but also commercially savvy and works well with key corporate clients. The firm are looking for someone who has future partnership potential. The firm pays market leading remuneration within the off-shore world, and helps with those relocating to Jersey.
This role is ideal for a lawyer looking for hands-on involvement in transactions, and doesn't wish to compromise on good quality work, but does wish for less taxation, a better work/life balance and a shorter commute, better weather, and transparent career progression.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor at the 2-4 year PQE level, but exceptional NQ-2 year PQE lawyers will be considered.
