TAX ASSOCIATE - US LAW FIRM
My client is looking to grow its already impressive Tax practice in London with the hire of a mid-level Tax Associate from a highly regarded law firm. The firm are looking to bolster its capabilities in the London market meaning it is an excellent time to join and establish your place in the firm.
You would be joining one of the largest law firms in the world, serving major clients around the entire globe. The firm's London office is full service with a particular growing strength in Tax.
Your role would include offering tax advice across a wide range of corporate and financing transactions. You will gain some excellent experience from the rest of the team with regards to strategic tax planning and the tax implication issues that come with multi-jurisdictional transactions.
As a minimum requirement for this Tax Associate position, you must:
- Have excellent academics (2.1 or First Class)
- Trained at a leading City or regional law firm
- Have 3-6PQE with extensive experience advising on international tax issues
