Debt Capital Markets Associate - International Firm
I am looking for an Associate with Securitisation or Debt Capital Markets experience to join a leading international firm in its award winning Banking & Finance team.

The Dept Capital Markets team:
- Part of Award winning Banking and Finance team
- Known for driving transactions quickly and effectively, and for paying close attention to the commercial objectives of the clients
- Dynamic and collegiate
The opportunity:
- Debt Capital Markets or Securitisation experience
- Derivatives experience would be a bonus but not essential
- Likely to include Credit-linked notes (CLNs)and Collateralised loan obligations (CLOs)
Required experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2:1 from reputable University
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales or minimum of 3 years' experience in the English market at a leading law firm
- Excellent drafting ability
- Commercially aware and client focused
