Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Penrith
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a long established multi-office law firm in Penrith, Cumbria?
This firm located on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park, working in a friendly and professional environment with an opportunity for career progression.
The role of this experienced conveyancer, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential property solicitor to handle a varied caseload of: Titles, Re-mortgages, Rectifications and Transfers of Equity and Deed Gifts. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising a small team.
You must have at least 2 years solid fee earning experience within residential conveyancing. Applications are welcome from Conveyancers of all qualification levels (including Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers)
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
