My client is a leading regional firm with a leading presence in the South West. Due to a period of internal growth the client is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to their Bristol team.
The clients leading international dispute resolution practice handles the full range of high value, complex commercial disputes, including contentious banking and finance matters, insolvency litigation, contentious regulatory investigations, civil and criminal fraud claims and commercial arbitration.
A key area of growth in the Bristol office is the Financial Markets Litigation practice where members of the group work alongside non-contentious and transactional financial market lawyers and have constant exposure to the business of financial institutions.
The client is seeking an associate to join the Bristol team within the dispute resolution practice where they would work on a mixture of financial and commercial litigation. The candidate would join a team of four other associates and two partners. This would provide the opportunity to work on high value and often high profile disputes and investigations, typically with an international element.
The successful candidate will ideally be an associate with 1-3 years PQE. They will be expected to work with other partners and associates across other offices, in particular the London team, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.
