Corporate Commercial Paralegal, Staffordshire, Salary to c£28K

Chadwick Nott have been instructed on a role with a mid sized General Commercial Law Firm based in Staffordshire. The salary on offer is open to negotiable and will of course be dependent upon experience.

My Client offers a range of services to both businesses and private individuals across the Midlands. Their client list encompasses the sole trader through to large PLC's. Their current requirement is for a Commercial Paralegal who will be able to assist Solicitors on a range of areas to include corporate and commercial transactions e.g. mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and share holder agreements. The absolute ideal candidate would also have had some experience of commercial property, however, this is by no means a pre-requisite of the role. In terms of experience, we are interested in talking to anyone with upwards of 12 months experience.

This is a great opportunity to get more involved in transactions than might be the case with the larger city centre practices.
