A major international architecture firm are seeking a construction lawyer to join their highly influential team.
This commercial role will have a focus on contract strategy and drafting and negotiating terms- working with internal clients to ensure favourable agreements and that these positions are in accordance with company policy. Further, you will help to manage claims against the firm and co-ordinate with professional indemnity insurers as well as providing advice on a range of other issues.
You will be a qualified solicitor, ideally with previous in-house experience and/or experience of advising architects or other consultancy practices. Experience construction contracts including NEC, JCT and RIBA would be an advantage. A knowledge of contentious construction matters would also be an advantage.
