The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and client-focused junior Family Solicitor to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the Milton Keynes area. Working closely with senior members of the team, the successful Solicitor will enjoy a varied caseload encompassing all aspects of matrimonial matters to include: divorce and financial remedies; cohabitation; pre and post-nuptial agreements; children matters and; issues with an international aspect. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will participate in business development activities to ensure the further success and growth of the firm.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor from NQ – 1 years’ PQE to include solid experience gained within Family law.
You must have excellent technical, drafting and client care skills.
You will be highly organised and able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
You will have strong negotiation skills and be seeking to develop skills in advocacy and mediation.
You will be confident, driven and passionate about specialising in matrimonial matters.
