A nationwide Law firm is seeking a Litigation Fee Earner specialising in Credit Hire to join their Preston office.

My client is a results driven, thriving top 500 firm with offices across the UK. They successfully operate in several practice areas, however are renowned for being at the forefront of the personal injury field and are currently undergoing a period of expansion nationwide.

The role itself will involve handling a caseload of litigated credit hire cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing fee earner who has experience handling litigated Credit Hire cases, or an existing fee earner or litigator who wishes to build on their experience in personal injury litigation whilst joining a large and reputable firm. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to build on their litigation experience within the personal injury practice area.
