An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Locum to join an established Legal Practice in Cheshire for a 1 month on-going period. The client is looking for Locum with a high degree of technical skills and a proven track record providing Wills and Probate advice.
The successful candidate will be managing a full caseload of wills and probate matters to include:
- Drafting both straightforward and complex Wills
- Managing own caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
- Dealing with non-contentious Probate matters
- Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors / Legal Executives with a proven Private Client background.
