Part Time Criminal Solictor

We are recruiting for an accredited Criminal Duty Solicitor to join an established regional firm based in the West Midlands.
This would also be suited to someone looking for a part time opportunity.

Client Details

My client is a regional practice offering a full range of services to its clients. They are growing their criminal practice and are looking for a Duty Accredited criminal lawyer to join their team.

You will have proven experience handling your own caseload.

Description

The successful Criminal Solicitor will be expected to handle a range of criminal matters and will attend clients at police stations, attend the Magistrates and Crown court and conduct Magistrate court trials. You will have the opportunity to work within a small team but will also be expected to work autonomously when the needs arises.

Profile

The successful criminal solicitor will:

• The higher rights of audience is desirable but not essential.

• Have experience preparing criminal defence cases, preparing appeals to higher courts as needed.

• Have the ability to demonstrate good client relationship building skills
