In-House Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In-house Commercial Counsel to join an expanding leading business within the financial sector. The in-house commercial counsel will support an existing team within the West Midlands and will provide legal advice to a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the business.

The successful candidate will already work within an in-house role preferably in a regulated industry by the FCA, will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and will have strong experience that will focus on general commercial contracts. This will include, supply agency, distribution, network and infrastructure agreements. A strong academic record is also essential along with teamwork and a desire to gain an in-depth understanding of the business.
