Principal Solicitor

Principal Solicitor required to join a Local Authority based in Merseyside for a period of 18-24 months

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal Solicitor to join a well-regarded and highly sought after local authority based in Merseyside.

The successful Principal Solicitor will ideally have 3 years management experience within local government and will be required to manage corporate, litigation and safeguarding matters.

The ideal candidate will manage a small caseload but will also be involved in project management, assisting with the safeguarding team and managing 2 groups of lead solicitors.

Applicants also are expected to have prior experience working as a Monitoring Officer.

The client is looking for the successful Principal Solicitor to start as soon as possible doing full-time hours.
