A Billing Team Leader opportunity has become available at a leading commercial law firm based in their Manchester City Centre Office. Reporting into the working capital manager, the Billing Team Leader will oversee a team of billing clerks and will work closely with Partners in ensuring the billing process is being completed efficiently.
Typically this will include:
- Coordinating workflow
- Process improvement
- First point of contact for billing enquiries
- Coordinating workflow
- Staff reviews and appraisals
- Auditing
Experience required:
- Previous management experience within finance
- Proven successful management of a large team in a commercial environment
- An understanding of the billing process
- Able to deliver on plan
- Proactive and organised leader
- Able to implement procedures
Salary is depending on experience.
