Position - Social Housing Solicitor
Social Housing/Local Authority/Housing Co-operatives/Housing Litigation/

A new opportunity has opened for a solicitor to join the Social Housing department of a highly regarded South London law firm. The firm have a well-developed Social Housing practice that deals only in respondent work on behalf of social housing providers, local authorities, housing co-operatives and management organisations. As such they are now looking for a solicitor with experience in dealing with leasehold management issues such as shared ownership litigation and a history of working with social housing providers. Ideally the firm would also be looking for a solicitor that has experience in advising registered providers of housing on matters related to strategic and policy advice. In turn this is a great opportunity to work with a firm that has a number of solid relationships with social housing providers and as such has always has great deal of work to handle.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Experience in working with registered social housing providers.
- Experience in handling matters related to leasehold management issues.
- Ideally, some experience in advising on policy and strategy to housing providers.
