The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer to join a CQS accredited department in Essex. With solid experience gained within leasehold extensions and collective enfranchisements, the successful Lawyer will manage a busy caseload, advising landlord and leaseholders and private clients on a wide range of matters to include: freehold sales to leaseholders; individual or multiple lease extensions; collective enfranchisement and; matters following this.
Keen to get involved with marketing and business development initiatives, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client and professional relationships and promote the services of the department. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 1-5 years’ PQE gained within Lease Extensions and Enfranchisement;
You will be technically competent with good commercial acumen;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be highly organised, personable and have a detail orientated approach;
You will have a flair for business development and marketing.
