THE ROLE
You will be joining the private client team to manage the probate department, dealing with a mixed caseload to include wills, estate administration and inheritance tax issues and supervising an assistant solicitor. This is a great role for a sociable, commercially-minded solicitor with a sound knowledge of all aspects of probate work who is looking to substantially expand his or her role from the start. You will:-
Be 5+ years’ PQE:
Have solid experience in probate, inheritance tax and estate administration matters;
Be business-orientated, with an excellent eye for marketing and networking opportunities;
