Position - Mental Health Solicitor

A new opportunity has opened for a Solicitor to join the Mental Health law team of a West London legal practice on a consultancy basis. The firm have a broad service offering for individuals and a particularly robust offering within the area of Mental Health law. As such the firm are now looking to bring in a Solicitor with Mental Health Law Accreditation to handle their own caseload of files. The firm are looking for a Solicitor with a proven record in handling a Mental Health caseload, who is familiar with handling upper-tier Tribunal and unlawful detention cases and can work with clients in psychiatric wards and in the community. In turn, this is a great chance to work to work with a well known West London firm on a flexible basis that suits the demands of your own lifestyle.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Able to run a Mental Health caseload.
- Holds the Law Society's Mental Health Law accreditation.
- Ideally some experience in covering caseloads involving upper-tier tribunal or unlawful detention matters.
