Family Lawyer

The Managing Partner of a reputable and long established Cheshire firm has asked us to assist in the recruitment of a family lawyer on a fee share basis, likely to be a part time basis although full time will also be considered.

They are interested in consultants who can bring their own work to the table, use the firms indemnity insurance and client account and be involved in a fee share arrangement likely to be 65 - 35% in the new family lawyers favour. The alternative is that my client can feed a significant amount of family work but the % split would be reversed.

There is also the facility to work from home if preferred but you would have to come into the office for department meetings and file reviews etc.
