Paralegal - Professional Indemnity

Our client is an award winning leading UK national law firm, who support an impressive client base of household name businesses and institutions, as well as private individuals, with the full range of legal services from a network of offices across the country. They are seeking to recruit a Paralegal to join their Insurance practice group in Bristol. The successful candidate will be based within the Commercial Insurance team and will progress cases under supervision, to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement; predominantly small claims relating to property damage with a value of under £10k, but also some fast track and multi-track recoveries.

*Action all cases in line with department/client service standards and protocols.
*Deal with technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of the Team Leader.
*Record all time accurately and ensure that financial targets are met.
*Ensure client care in all cases.
*Progress cases to a satisfactory/speedy settlement in accordance with client requirements.
