An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the personal injury team of a growing legal practice in Merseyside on a locum and permanent basis. The firm is looking for a fee-earner with a proven track record of handling personal injury claimant RTA claims.
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for:
- Dealing with a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims
- Responsible for a caseload of 200 files
- Handling cases at all stages on the MOJ portal
- Using the DPS case management system
The successful candidate will:
- Have fee earning experience dealing with RTA claims
