An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the personal injury team of an expanding legal practice in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. The firm is looking for RTA Fee-Earners within their pre-litigated and litigated teams.
Pre-litigated:
- Dealing with a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims
- Responsible for a high volume caseload of MOJ portal claims
- Handling cases at all stages of the MOJ portal
- Assessing liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports and researching and obtaining relevant case law
- Using the Kaizen case management system
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of dealing with a caseload of RTA MOJ Portal claims
Litigated:
- Dealing with a caseload of litigated RTA claims
- Responsible for a high volume caseload of RTA fast track litigated claims
- Handling cases of complexity, causation arguments and denials of liability with minimal supervision
- Using the Proclaim case management system
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of managing a caseload of litigated RTA claims
