A Local Authority in Yorkshire requires a Contracts Locum to join their busy team for a 3 month period with the strong possibility of being extended beyond this initial period.
You will be a Qualified Solicitor who has experience dealing with contract matters within Local Authority to include:
- Dealing with Contract and Procurement matters
- Advising on Contract procedures
- Drafting, negotiating and amending Contracts and Agreements
- Advising on domestic and European procurement legislation
Experience of dealing with Contracts either within a Local Authority or on behalf of a Local Authority is essential for this position.
