Litigation Solicitor

We are now working with a respected and well established East Manchester firm where there is now a vacancy in the litigation team for a dispute resolution solicitor.

The litigation team offers a broad range of client services including commercial litigation, property litigation, professional negligence and some personal injury matters. In addition, there is also some employment law covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The recruiting partner is keen to hear from solicitors with at least 2 years PQE who have general litigation experience. If you have some but not all the experienced out lined, then it is certainly worth still applying if you have the willingness and capability to learn/ develop. alongside good quality existing work, there are excellent career prospects.

An opportunity has presented itself in our Dispute Resolution department for a Solicitor to join the Litigation team.

We require a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE with general litigation experience. The role will cover a broad caseload including both commercial and property litigation, personal injury, professional negligence and employment (both contentious and non-contentious).

Ideally the successful candidate will be confident and have a positive attitude, have exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They must have solid experience in most of these areas but we are happy to receive CVs that do not include experience in all the disciplines if there is a willingness to learn and develop to fulfil the role.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered.
