An excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join this top ranked law practice in Leeds. The position is based within a national award winning Real Estate team. You will be tasked with managing transactions and assisting Partners in the Real Estate Finance Team, including project coordination, file management and client liaison. Your duties will include, maintaining and managing documentation effectively within agreed time scales.
You must have experience of major property acquisitions and disposals on behalf of national and international clients. This national team act for landowners, occupiers, developers, contractors and professionals across the sector.
Real Estate transaction experience is essential. 12 months experience as a Paralegal is essential.
