Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location - Manchester
Salary Negotiable based on experience
My Client:
They are a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm, the firm delivers advice and strategic guidance spanning the full legal spectrum, from non-contentious advisory and transactional work.
The Role:
To manage a varied caseload within the Commercial Litigation team from inception to conclusion.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Managing a caseload
- Client liaison in writing and over the telephone
- Communicate in writing and by telephone with debtors, solicitors, courts and all other interested parties
- Drafting documents
- Business development
- Instructing Counsel and experts
- Preparation of reports to clients
- Negotiating with the other side
The Candidate:
The Successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer and will have previous experience of managing a caseload of Commercial Litigation matters, you will have a proven track record of meeting client protocols and agreed service levels. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills
