A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a top tier commercial law firm in Manchester as a Conflicts & Compliance Team Leader/Manager.
This is a newly created role and a key hire for the firm. Reporting into the Head of BAU in London, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 Conflict & AML analysts, with the view to grow the Manchester team in the near future.
The Conflicts Team leader/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Conflicts and AML team, providing supervision and training, in addition to processing more complex matters which have been escalated from analysts.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and well as technical compliance skills in conflicts and AML gained with a law firm, however, those candidates with broader legal compliance (with less emphasis on conflicts ) will also be considered. Candidates with ISO 9001 experience would be of particular interest.
