Personal Injury Solicitor

Chadwick Nott have been instructed on a new Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive role with a large central Bristol based law firm.

Our Bristol based client are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Personal Injury team on an interim basis. The firm require an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join them at the end of April to cover a 6 month maternity contract.

The role will consist of a wide range claimant work which includes; personal injury, serious injuries and multi-track work. Considerable post qualification or equivalent experience in contentious multi track case handling including advocacy and litigation experience is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to conduct and manage all aspects of their own case-load. Supervision will rarely be required except in relation to the firm's standard system. You will have strong supervisory skills, excellent client care skills and have a confident telephone manner.

This is 6 month fixed term contract assignment which may potentially be extended, subject to review.
