Construction Advisory Disputes (CAD) Paralegal

The CAD team has been delivering projects and resolving disputes in the global construction and infrastructure markets for almost 50 years. The team consists of some 200+ specialist CAD lawyers (of which there are over 50 Partners) with a presence in seven countries with 13 offices offering CAD services. Dubai's CAD team's skill sets are recognised as being "best in class" and the same skill set will be expected of those candidates taking up the paralegal role.

Most the work undertaken by the team in the Dubai and Doha offices is international arbitration as well as cases in local courts. While the team focuses mainly on the MENA region the work undertaken by the team covers numerous jurisdictions beyond.

Key responsibilities:
- Management of documents and document management systems
- Assisting fee earners on arbitration matters
- Research on behalf of Partners and fee earners.
- Drafting various types of legal documents.
- General administration tasks, filing and assisting fee earners, trainees and other paralegals with other ad-hoc duties

This is a varied job requiring a flexible attitude from the chosen individual. The team is cohesive with two current paralegals working in the CAD team. The chosen candidate will be an enthusiastic team player and must be degree educated and LPC qualified.
