Fantastic opportunity for a talented Probate Solicitor to join our top regional law firm client in Exeter!
Our client is a top 100 law firm, with well established South West roots, with an outstanding reputation in particular for Private Client work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Probate Solicitor to join their Exeter based team working on a complex case load of Probate matters. This will include working on high value taxable estates, negotiating on inheritance tax claims with HMRC on exceptions including APR and BRP. You will gain exposure from the outset to the firm's high value clients, advising on future inheritance tax planning and trusts etc.
Our client is looking for a top tier candidate with demonstrable high value complex probate experience, ideally gained from another top regional, national or niche private client firm.
