A great job opportunity in Leeds for a Property Solicitor to work for an award winning independent firm.The firm are looking for a Property Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE to join their growing property team.
Within that team the core clients are commercial landlords, developers, and tenants. The successful candidate will also act regularly for mortgage companies, and for owners of property more generally in connection with:
* Lease renewal and property management;
* contracts for sale and purchase;
* option agreements;
* construction contracts;
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: -
* excellent communication skills
* initiative and evidence of working pro-actively
* excellent attention to detail
* ability to organise and prioritise their work load effectively
* a commercial understanding and outlook.
