My client are a highly regarded West Sussex based office that have asked us to find them a further commercial property solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a superb opportunity for a 3 years+ PQE solicitor with a proven track record to join a locally renowned real estate team.
You will act for retailers, entrepreneurial businesses, developers and investors offering a tailored service to their client’s specific needs. You will be expected to be able to demonstrate significant experience in dealing with:
- Drafting of commercial leases
- Landlord & tenant transactions
- Purchase and sale of business and investment properties
- Drafting licenses
- Advising on Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
They are looking for a team player who is willing to go the extra mile in promoting and marketing the firm, has strong billing and can deliver the highest standards of client care.
