Our client, a busy Essex based Local Authority is urgently seeking an experienced property and regeneration locum to come in an assist with an increase in workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced locum to develop their locum portfolio at a well-established Council.
You will be working with the full spectrum of property matters including but not limited to: acquisitions, disposals, CPO's and expertise on the interaction of real estate, the procurement regime and housing delivery.
The ideal solicitor will have:
• 4 years PQE + • Experience in the full spectrum of public sector property matters • Must have the means to work autonomously and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face •
