Company Commercial Solicitor - 5 years + PQE - Banbury - Oxfordshire.

The firms company and commercial team is extremely well respected in the Oxfordshire area and the lawyers employed within the firm are viewed as leaders in the field. They enjoy a fantastic reputation in the Oxfordshire area as well as further afield representing clients ranging from large multi national companies to local businesses. Due to their continual high service they have been able to retain a loyal client base that they have built up over the years as well as continuing to attract work from new clients based on recommendations and their reputation in commercial law.

The successful candidate for this position will be expected to show a good track record of working within company commercial law at a well respected firm. You must be able to confidently deal with a broad range of matters such as shareholders agreements, private share transactions, asset purchase, agreements for the provision of services, franchise agreements as well as competition and consumer matters.

In addition to the technical side of things you will also have the opportunity to get involved in the business development and networking activities of the firm to develop the department further. This area of law is one which the firm sees as a key area of development and you will therefore become integral to the continued success and of the department right from day 1. The department is currently made up of 3 lawyers plus support staff and therefore it is of a size that is able to offer a supportive working environment but small enough so that your contribution and hard work is recognised, appreciated and rewarded.

It is therefore neccesary are comfortable in getting involved involved in marketing activities of the firm and are friendly, professional and personable with the ability to build up lasting relationships. Excellent progression will be available for the successful candidate within a firm that aims to reward the hard work of its staff.
