Private Client Solicitor - Lake District Relocation

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to relocate and join a firm in the heart of the Lake District who have an extremely strong reputation within Cumbria.

This role is to deal with Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Court of Protection as well as Tax Planning. You should have experience of dealing with both basic and complex matters as you will be supplied with a broad mix of work from the local community which will consists of high net worth clients with complex assets such as landed estates and agricultural properties.

The ability to business develop will also be required as you will need to establish new relationships with work referrers and continue relationships with the current client base. This firm place client care as their highest priority so you will need to be experienced in meetings clients needs and working in a personable manner.

A minimum of 3 Years' PQE is required for this role as you will be expected to work unsupervised as well as work with the departmental partner and ideally you will be STEP accredited or be working towards qualification at least. Salary for this position will be based on PQE level but with a minimum salary of £30,000 plus benefits.
