This leading US banking and finance practice seeks a UK trained and qualified banking and finance associate, preferably with at least 2 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will have strong loan product and acquisition finance experience and will have enjoyed a good level of responsibility on transactions (which he/she will be able to demonstrate at interview) and developed excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Some experience of restructuring would be useful. The partners are looking for someone with an excellent academic background and the passion, drive and flexibility to be a successful team player and to work well with the team's clients.
